Typhoid fever is commonly known as typhoid which is found and occurs from indigestion of food and water contaminated with feces to infected person. This disease affects all age types. This fever is spread by the bacteria Salmonella Typhi. Typhoid usually those people who are infected with excrete live bacteria in their feces and urine. The bacteria are deposited in water or food by a human carrier and are then spread to other people in the area.

Why typhoid happens and what types of causes behind this fever:
 Eating food or drinking beverages that have been carrying the bacteria.
 Inadequate sewerage system and poor sanitation.
 If any person can eat unhealthy and unhygienic food and water so they affected with typhoid.

Symptoms of Typhoid disorder are as follows:
 Most to the people have red spots on their stomach and chest which is caused by typhoid.
 Some patients have abdominal tenderness and Bloody stools

The physician should prescribe appropriate antibiotics to typhoid patients.
Some doctors also suggest chloramphenicol was the initial drug of choice (DOC) but is not commonly used because of widespread resistance, high relapse rates, and risk of bone marrow toxicity. Diagnosis of typhoid fever is made when the Salmonella bacteria is detected with a stool culture.

Diet of typhoid fever patients by most of the physician recommended. Full fluid diet and Small meals are taken at frequent intervals of 2 to 3 hours. They also prescribed high calorie diet with plenty of carbohydrates like Coconut water, Barley, Rice and Rava. These physicians also recommended high protein diet as well. The patient should also intake thin dhal, eggs, Mashed potato Fruits like banana and Milk as well. The patient should avoid Butter, ghee, vegetable oil, chilies and species.

Jaundice
Jaundice is not a disease it’s a just kind of yellow fever. In human body too much bilirubin causes jaundice. This fever is caused by increasing amount of bilirubin in the blood. The main symptoms of jaundice are headache, fever, extreme point weakness, yellow eyes, yellow skin and yellow tongue, Dark urine, Light-colored stool. The physician suggests the green leafy vegetables, tomatoes juice, and lemon juice with salt. The patient should drink barley water several times in a day is also a good cure in jaundice. Moderate exercise in fresh air bath is also very helpful in jaundice.

Papaya
It’s a natural fruit with smooth skinned and when it ripe it became orange yellow in color. This fruit contain a central hollow surrounded by abundant black seeds. The pulp of ripe fruit is orange red, soft and juicy. The nutritional value of papaya it includes vitamin-C which helps to build strong immune system. Papaya contains an enzyme which breaks down the protein and it also available amino acid. Papaya can beautify the skin by digesting old and dead cells but without harming the healthy ones. The skin becomes smooth and rejuvenated. They also have numerous medical values for benefit of good health.
