Nothing frustrates people who are out to lose weight or to get toned bodies like not seeing results. BodSquad has a big team of rapid weight loss experts who guarantee results within a few weeks.
There is a team of personal trainers. The team combines cardiovascular exercises, weight, and abs exercises in 30-minute sessions. You could get a personal trainer for both indoors and outdoors locations, our outdoors locations being boot camps in Castle Hill, Rouse Hill, Kellyville, Quakers Hill, West Pennant Hills, Baulkham Hills, and Homebush Olympic Park. In a BodSquad boot camp Kellyville and elsewhere, you will find a semi-personal trainer to guide the group through the training. There are 1-hour long group sessions, with 25 group sessions each week. The training takes a 4-on-1 format, meaning you get to save money.

There is a team that does weekly weigh-in & measurements. The tracking of your results is important because it is only if you know how you are doing that you will have the psyche to go on. There is also a team that keeps track of your training and nutritional eating in you six week training and eating diary. There is a team that makes personal weekly coaching calls, even to people who are no longer training with BodSquad.
Another member of the BodSquad team is Michelle Fisher who is a sports nutritionist and supplementation expert. She will design a Six Week Body Blitz Nutrition Plan specifically for you.
The team at BodSquad has been trained in accredited institutions and has experience of several years. The personal trainer Kellyville you get will have such certifications as National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) certification and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certification. There are about 15 certifications that are recognized by IHRSA (International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association).
