We choose Steel S136, the stainless steel to make sure the good polish and life guarantee of PET preform mould; DIN 1.2311 with precision grinding machine with each plate thickness tolerance 0.015mm with HRC32 for the mould base steel. In terms of the cavities, annually Sino offers international market more than 300 sets of PET preform mould from 16 cavities to max.96cavities. At present, 128 cavities and 144 cavities are being successfully developed.

 Hot runner system:

We choose Anole hot runner system. Our own brand, Anole hot runner system valve gate for PET professional design with the temperature controlling system. Heating elements and Thermocouples are made in German, valve pin made by Japanese company in China with Titanium plated. It will 100% avoid the PET material leakage. Choosing Anole hot runner system is a very smart choice for the customers, for Anole can be fitting better with the PET preform mould. Meanwhile, the valve gate hot runner system of PET Preform mould is thicker than common hot runner, and it is the same with the mould.

 Sino Package Mould will adopt double taper positioning technology. Each cavity of PET preform mould is with self-lock system which can make sure it’s good concentricity.
