LED is an abbreviation for Light Emitting Diodes. An LED is a tiny semiconductor diode that can create lights. There are several color-variations of the resultant light produced available. From infrared to ultraviolet, the huge range includes a plethora of shades. The light again depends largely on the material for the semiconductor as well the current passing though it. One can usually find different LED varieties in the market today. Miniature LED strips and high-powered LED bulb are just some of them.

A series of electronic goods or products would be virtually unimaginable without such lights around. This is the prime reason why an increasing number of projects are being undertaken with LED lights at the center of each of them.
