Paper bags had once ruled the roost as the primary packing agents till plastic bags entered the fray and dethroned them. The colors and textures of plastic, and the convenience in using plastic bags, had made plastic bags very attractive for users during the last few decades.

As in the case of most countries, white and brown paper bags are the popularly used paper bags from china. Softwood and chemical pulp are the materials that go into the making of white paper bags. While white paper bags can be used as garbage bags, gifts bags, and grocery bags depending upon their size, the place where white paper bags find maximum use is in pharmacies. Medicines are in most instances put in small white bags, and for this, paper bags are always more convenient than plastic bags.

Depending upon how they are to be used, a paper bag may require a square or rectangular bottom, or may just have a gusset style bottom. If you are ordering paper bags from china in bulk, you should remember to mention which type of bottom you require. Brown paper bags, which are as popular as white paper bags, are in most instances made ...
... of recycled paper and will be thicker than white paper bags. These are the most eco-friendly type of bags and will be thicker in texture and suitable for handling more weight than white paper bags.

While buying paper bags to accommodate mixed objects or larger quantities of objects, it is best to go in for strong paper bags with handles. Environment-conscious companies, where you can order for paper bag china, take care to make even the handles of these bags from eco-friendly material, instead of going in for plastic or metal handles. Handles for smaller bags are sometimes made of thick paper itself. For larger paper bags designed to take more weight, paper handles may not work and in that case thick strings or ropes are used for handles.

While there are many types of paper bags from china for you to choose from, there is always the option of ordering custom paper bags which are also called bespoke bags. You may need a special type of bag with your company logo, or one for a wedding with the names of the bride and the groom on it, or bags as gift bags for a festival. All you have to do for that is to give the bag-making company your requirements like the color of the bag, the size of the bag, and the text or image that you want incorporated on it.

If you search online, you will find the names of many paper bag china companies offering customized bags. They will make the bags exactly according to your specifications, and if there are any factors about thickness or design that you are unsure of, they will give suggestions and help you to make the decision. And finally, if you want to decorate the bag yourself, you can also ask bag makers to give you plain bags of a specific size on which you can paint or draw or add tassels according to your choice.
