Sedentary habits such as only taking the elevator and using the vehicle when you can take stairs or walk must be avoided.
There is one more thing that most of people avoid is that they never consult doctor for a routine health checkups. Blood pressure, cholesterol and other system checks are very important. Everyone needs to get body check-up from a doctor not many times but at least once in a year to know if everything is alright?
