 Design

Our mould designers have the ability to operate Pro-E, UG, and Solid works and Auto CAD. We can offer customers throughout details of their bottle preform moulds.  Processing
To manufacture a bottle preform mould, high precision is very important. Our mould base use DIN1.2311 with DME mould base standard with HRC 32 uses high precision grinding machine with tolerance 0.015mm. Core, cavity will use S136 or DIN 1.2316 stainless steel with HRC 45-52.

Neck will use DIN1.2344 with HRC 42-55. All the bottle preform mould spare parts will use DIN1.2344 in DME metric dimensional standard, all the moving area was inserted with durable parts which is interchangeable.

All of our bottle preform mould will processed on high precision machine, Sodick precision which is ensure for us to make a good quality mould.

 Hot Runner
For one bottle preform mould, good quality hot runner is very essential. Our bottle preform mould uses Anole brand hot runner, which is with German origin heating elements with durable heating performance. And we adapts valve gate for bottle preform mould which is designed for material sealing and good temperature controlling for multi-cavities bottle preform mould. By using our own brand hot runner can make sure that the hot runner is matching well with the bottle preform mould and offer you good service of hot runner system.

 Quality Inspection

1. When we get the steel of bottle preform mould, our quality control department will do inspection
2. After each step of processing of bottle preform mould, we will inspect each plate size to see whether it is meet our high precision requirement.
3. Quality control will be also inspected in assembling process by detecting equipment
4. All components of bottle preform mould will be inspected before mould trial.
5. We will make trial report and mould size inspection report
6. Before shipment, we will inspection all parts of bottle preform mould, include water cooling, and guide pin, steel hardness…
