Risks Encountered: Training is given at the time of induction but since nothing is implemented, the associates get a thermal shock. Lack of Domain Training.
Risk Mitigation Plan: Training from business side is required in India office. Technical training material required.
Risks related to Metrics
Risks Encountered: Lack of availability of real data. MBR cannot be published if data is not captured. Not meeting the goals leading to cooking of data - Project data is back-calculated to meet the goals rather than going the proper way.
Risk Mitigation Plan: Real data to be provided/collected from the initiation of projects to find out where we actually stand. Objective of goal identification to be explained to the concerned.
Risks related to Environment
Risks Encountered: Wrong culture/propagation – People think it is a money game.
Risk Mitigation Plan: People to be made aware of the rigorous SCAMPI assessment process.
