The 2004 Audi A4 Does The Job

The 2004 Audi A4 is a well built sports saloon with a choice of front wheel drive and all wheel drive. It comes in a wide range of engine and gearbox options. Audi A4 is trendy in appearance, energetic and the interior is well designed. The 2004 Audi is also available as an Avant and a wagon. It is available from £1500-£8000 depending upon its condition. The 2004 Audi is an excellent example of sophistication but it still has controlled interior design and is trendy. The front passengers sit in a relaxing position which is well supported in the curves.

However, passengers at the back may feel overcrowded as the legroom is not that much and getting in and out of the car is not easy. The basic 2004 Audi A4 comes equipped with facilities like dual zone automatic climate control; sound systems with up to 10 speakers, power moon-roof, leather and 6 CD in disk changer. It has four wheel ABS, Electronic Brake Distribution and stability control. The CO2 emissions for this generation of A4 were 197g/km with a top speed of 142mph.

The 2004 Audi A4 had lots of engines, but the standard ...
... 1.8 litre Turbo four delivered 170bhp and lots of torque, that helped the A4 move along practically. Those wanting a faster car should go for the 3-litre V6 churning out 220bhp. You can go even faster by choosing the V8 in S4 but that puts S4 in a class of its own. All vehicles have Quattro all wheel drive system. The 1.8 litre engine combines a 5-speed manual or automatic gearbox mated with a Quattro all wheel drive system. The manual added one more gear making it six speeds or you can get a V6 with either a 6 speed manual or the remarkable CVT. The luggage capacity for the 2004 Audi A4 is 459 litres.

The 2004 Audi A4 is a marvellous car with graceful styling, responsive handling, a plentiful interior and outstanding engineering. It is a fun car to drive and with so many engines to choose from along with transmission and drive systems, you will have no trouble acquiring an Audi A4 in harmony with your style and personality. The only flaw is the space at the back; it is ok for two adults but if you will be transporting tall people at the rear, this might not be the car for you. On the whole, the 2004 Audi A4 is a decent buy, just because of its price.
