Companies are demanding more and more from engineering students. At the same time, companies know that there is no shortage of candidates. There are ample numbers of candidates available who are looking jobs in respective profiles. Companies are full of options and only hire's best of the talents. If we talk about companies requirements, one or two skills are not enough to get job.

Some added skilled must be there in student's CV's. Students must have wide knowledge of at least two to three technologies of their respective domain. Very few students gets registered for winter training as it is not compulsory but it is one of the most appropriate way to enhancing technical skills along with personal skills.

Winter training provides complete scope for all the students to work upon their shortcoming and flaws. The key feature of this short term winter based learning is "PERSONAL INTERACTION" with the experts and trainers. Personal interaction with experts helps students to know about their drawbacks whether they are technical or personal. Students can work upon their shortcoming with the help of experts. This thing is not possible in case of summer training as the numbers of students are very huge and it is very tough for experts to entertain each one of them personally.

Every student must understand the importance of winter training in shaping their career. This training program fulfills all the requirements of the students as well as of the companies. If students are not willing to learn technologies during their breaks, they can work upon their communication and other personality related issues. Usually, students waste their time by doing nothing during their winter academic breaks and after that suffers a lot when it comes to finding job.
