The course in our institution is conducted with the expert co operation of India’s foremost fashion designing school, The Usha international sewing school. The one year course is designed in such a way that it follows globally standard methodology of training to shape the students with a professional notch. It doesn’t just rely upon classroom training and follows a more student oriented training in which the trainees can directly involve and put forward their creative ideas. Thus the course offered by us will be a strategic blend of inspiring lectures, case study analyses, practical classes, exclusive projects, group discussions, specially simulated ramp shows, live workshops and on job practical training. The main highlight of this unique approach is that it not only enhances the technical skills of the trainees but also improves communication and managerial skills as well as personality of the person. Some of the skill sets that you are going to attain through the one year course in our institution will be Tailoring, machine embroidery, sari designing, fabric painting, stain glass painting, ink shading, flower making, artificial ornament, canvas embossing, icing on canvas, oil painting, cut glass work etc. The course syllabi contain the following topics of specialization: Fashion illustration, fashion designing, drafting and pattern making, garment construction, art of sewing, dying process on fabric, CAD, hand and machine embroidery, formal and party wears, project work, presentations, market survey, personality development and spoken English. The eligibility for the course is a minimum qualification of plus two and above. The classes will be scheduled as two session, morning and evening, which will be from 9.30 to 4.30.
