In order to improve the traditional shoe industry engineering technology, the China Shoes (Dongguan) Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance co-sponsored by the Huarui World Shoes Headquarters Base and Warburg Shoes Industry in Dongguan invited China Shoes enterprises, scientific research institutions, and institutions of higher learning to participate.

According to information, China Shoes industry technology innovation coalition is aimed at exploring innovative producing mode with Chinese characteristics to improve the productivity level of the traditional labor-intensive industries such as Shoes and apparel, which provides advanced industrial engineering technology for the transformation, upgrades and development of the traditional industries and technology innovation cooperative organizations for the peer companies' consulting services.

After the establishment of the alliance, enhancing the technology level of shoes industry in production technology, patterns of producing, information management, personnel training and many other aspects is urgently needed. It's mainly reflected in the following aspects: Firstly, through the research of domestic and foreign advanced shoe-making equipments and technological process, achieving the machinery and equipment automation and standardization of production, greatly improving the industry production efficiency, reducing the labor costs to further make a quality assurance; Secondly, using the public platform of the technological service of the alliance to really extend the study reports and technology to related areas and markets, and build up the industrial development base in the end; Thirdly, using the capital flow and advanced production equipments of the coalition and assessing and analyzing the key points of shoe-making production lines and the supply chains by using the value chain and cost of operation law, simulating and optimizing production and supply to improve the industrial production efficiency, logistics speed as a whole, and cut down the costs of production and time.
