The main philosophy of this company is based on the idea of simplicity, also the fundamental perspective of its owner, Simon Simonnæs. The investments are based on a wide variety of aspects, from new buildings to the reconstruction of complexes. Despite this wide spectrum, Simon Simonnæs emphasizes on the long-term investments in real estate. Simonnæs Holding AS was founded in 1995.

Concerning the departments of Simonnæs Holding, there are two major ones: the administration and the transport department. The administration department is based on two people: the office manager and the business developer. Considering Arna Industrial Estate, Simon Simonnæs stated at a press conference that the company is really active and in the developing process of rehabilitating the buildings and also, when the work is finished, the façade of the sea will be very good looking. Moreover, Simon said that in the building, there will be parking spaces, as well.
