The system works on pressurized air which is directed by the air valves to the back side of the pump’s diaphragm. The pressurized air is channel through to the liquid column by the elastometric diaphragms. The liquid and the compressed air are segregated by the diaphragm. The diaphragm in the pump is driven by air instead of the shaft which helps in decreasing the stress thereby increasing the life of the diaphragm.
These pumps work the best because the heart of these pumps is the air valve which supplies compressed air to both the diaphragm alternately under all sorts of condition. The valve performs perfectly because of its simplistic design and functionality.
