Gone To Pot: The Movie For The Pot Lovers

“… Ganja in my meditation, Ganja in my brain,
Marijuana take away my stress and pain…”
When Ras Matthew wrote the lyrics and put it to tune, he perhaps was not quite well aware how he uttered what millions felt at the core of heart but could not manage to express. However, this is not a stand-alone instance. Many celebrities have spoken highly of smoking marijuana. Think of Kirsten Dunst who shares her feeling about smoking pot. The Daily Mail quoted her as saying, “I do like the weed… I have a different outlook on marijuana than America does.” And then comes the comment through which she said what all pot smokers must have felt sometime – “If everyone smoked weed, the world would be a better place.”
Why should Hollywood fall short in highlighting the pot culture! Hollywood has produced a great number of stoner films on varied plots. If your heart wants more on the ‘puff… puff… pass” stuff, then get ready for Gone To Pot: The Movie which is not just any other stoner film you may have seen. It is a ...
... comedy that tells the story of two ill-fated friends Finn and Ziggy who chanced to inherit a medical marijuana dispensary. The story, the most entertaining and refreshing one yet, revolves around their determination and efforts to get their pot dispensary back in shape and to make their dreams come true. When there’s an event that concerns pot smoking in any way and in any form – be it a live metal concert or a rave party or making a movie concerning weed, a pot smoker has the desire to be a part of it, even if it is not practically possible. Didn’t you ever wish if you could share a joint with Bob Marley and hum with him the lines ‘I smoke two joints in time of peace/ and two in time of war/ smoke two joints before I smoke two joints/ and then I smoke two more’? Didn’t it ever occur to you, had you had the chance to make a contribution to or be a part of the movie Gone to Pot?
Well, here’s your chance. Be a part of Gone to Pot: The Movie. You can play an ambassador for the movie by helping Kickstart its fund raising campaign on November 9 this year. You can share posters with anyone on any platform. Team Gone To Pot gives you the chance to get t-shirts, hats, a role in the movie, tickets to the opening night showing, or even your name in the producer credits of the film.
