We were looking for a house sometime back and we happened to look at some twenty thirty houses before we settled for one! What took us so long, you may ask?! Well, buying a house is never easy, especially when you know that you have to invest all your hard earned money on it. It takes time to finally get down towards deciding one single option on which you may wish to spend all your money!
So what was our selection criterion for choosing a house? Well, we had a few factors that we kept in mind before we finally went ahead to choose one house. These factors included the following- the house had to be spacious, well ventilated, situated in the center of the city and must be well furnished. Of course, we did not want a fully furnished house as everyone likes to do the decor of their place but we were looking for something that would make us stretch our budget a little extra and make us want the place even more!
Well, just as we entered this particular house, we were stunned beyond our guts and we realized that this is the house we wanted to buy! The location was the winner as well as the composite laminate furnishing ...
... in the house just made the place truly worth it. The present home owners had taken a lot of care to upgrade the house and the furnishing which was nice to see.
Not just the rooms but even the porch and other areas of the house were of optimum size. The garden was one of the best features of the house and I must say the picnic table and the seating area in the garden with metal laminates just took my breath away.
The bathrooms of the house were done up extremely well. The fittings in the bathroom and the kitchen area were so good quality that we didn’t mind extending our budget a little just to make sure that the house was ours. Hats off to the laminate manufacturers and the fittings providers who made the house what it is!
I was totally amazed after seeing the house. It was within a few minutes that we decided upon it. It true when they say that most important things are decided within a few minutes’ span! If you find the perfect thing before you, it becomes really easy to decide and this house was one such thing that just didn’t need much thought!
