Students with higher qualifications and degrees will be able to contribute in a refined and with fineness in the research activities that are being carried out in these institutes. For those who are interested in LIC jobs, higher qualifications in arts subjects can be an asset and they will be recruited in posts of administrative officers, or financial executives, etc.

Presently, ISRO recruitment 2013 is aiming to hire scientists and engineers, who are having GATE, qualified M Tech degrees followed by PhDs in the respective disciplines. It is clearly mentioned in the vacancy publications that the students need to possess PhDs, which is a suggestion towards the fact that these higher qualifications are gradually becoming essential if people were to acquire high flying jobs in one of the leading organisations in space research in India.
MRPL or Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd is working towards the processing of crude oil and high purification procedures. It is also being counted among the top Indian companies with regards to petrochemical products. Therefore, a job at the high positions in this company is seriously sought by students after finishing their higher education and the company also calls for such high qualifications during the MRPL recruitment 2013.

It is imperative that when a company calls for recruitment of high qualified personnel, they will have a better pay check and higher respect in the society and therefore it is clear that the students with qualifications of MSc or M Tech or PhDs will be having an advantage of selection. In many of the scientist and engineer posts, it is being clearly mentioned that the candidates with PhD degrees need only apply. LIC recruitment 2013 is, though not for the scientific posts, yet the qualifications that are being sought are mostly for students who have higher educational degrees.
