People might be working somewhere or they might be freshly passed out after finishing their education. But the enthusiasm to pursue their dream jobs makes them wait for the right opportunity to come through and then they grab these opportunities. Working in organisations like BARC or BPCL could be the dream for many people. And when the vacancies in different positions in these public sector undertakings are published, people do not waste their time in applying for these positions because of the fear of losing out on the jobs.

SSC or Staff Selection Commission is responsible for recruitment to different Group C non technical and Group B non gazetted technical and non technical posts in various departments of the government. To fill up the vacancies, the SSC recruitment 2013 will also be held one after the other, providing people with opportunities to put in their applications in these posts. Most of the posts are in government departments, which are highly sought after by the candidates. These Group B and C positions are having good pay packets and the progress as the promotions in the government departments are time ...
... bound and assured. People who join these departments are seen to go from one position to another with little effort because of the progressions that are assured as per the rules of services of the government. Gradually, such people are seen holding important posts, mostly towards the end of their careers.
BARC or Bhaba Atomic Research Centre is India’s leading agency for atomic research and recruits plenty of scientists, with high qualifications and degrees. Although there are many other posts required to be filled up in BARC, most of the positions are related to technical scientist posts. BARC recruitment 2013 will be therefore highly sought after by people as they get good pay packets. Most of the scientists get pay around the range of 40,000 to 50,000 rupees per month and as they get experience and years pass on, these pay are increased. Along with the pay, there are other benefits as in the case of government employees like living accommodations, HRA, pension benefits, LTC, etc.

With such remuneration benefits, people are easily attracted to apply for the posts when BARC recruitment 2013 is advertised for. The same concepts of good pay and prosperity are also applicable for the jobs in BPCL or Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. BPCL is India’s leading organisation dealing with oil exploration and marketing and has an extensive network of employees. With dedicated work service and constancy, people will be able to rise up the hierarchy and accordingly, their pay packets get heavier. So, BPCL recruitment 2013 will be eagerly awaited by people, so that they can put in their applications and assure progress in their lives.

It is therefore clear that the factors which determine the seeking of employment in these public sector companies and government departments are related to pay, prosperity and progression. Prosperity is assured when one gets associated with famous companies or national importance organisations. And with these companies of BPCL and BARC comes better pay scales. When people are recruited into the government departments, there is assured progression.
The most important factors of 3 Ps of PAY, PROGRESS and PROSPERITY will definitely be the determinants in driving the attention of people who will be interested for going after the recruitment processes in these companies in 2013.
