Nowadays, stress truly is a hot topic. Pressure to meet the needs of your friends, employers, family and as well as your own needs can be nothing short of overwhelming. To manage stress, prioritizing is essential. Using a paper and pen to write down which concerns you have are truly important to you and which ones can wait is important.
