There is not an iota of doubt in the fact that in the past few years human civilization has made the impossible possible. Internet or computers have made it easier for people to stay in touch with each other irrespective of their Geographical distance. At the same time, despite the success and progress, it cannot be denied that poverty exists like a curse across the length and breadth of the globe. According to reports, a majority of the poor nations account for a high percentage of Muslims. To help and aid these poverty stricken fellow Muslim people, Islamic charities are working day and night.

Over time, these islamic charities have shown hope to countless Muslim people around the world. There is hardly any dearth of such organizations in the world today. Right from the US to UK, their presence can be felt anywhere and everywhere. Geographically they may operate in different territories, governed by the laws of the land, yet they share a common goal-to help and support poor and needy Muslims. ... to people to taking care of orphaned children-they have done it all. The question now is, in order to provide relief, these organizations need wealth. So where exactly does this wealth come from? Simply put the money comes from donations made by devout, rich Muslims.

As pointed out already, there are countless Islamic charities around. Their area of work extends from offering orphan sponsorship to helping victims of natural disasters. The good news is that the number of such organizations is increasing with each passing day. Furthermore, an increasing number of people are showing interest in these agencies and enlisting with them either as volunteers or as contributors. The work performed by Islamic charities have been recognized and praised by different Governments and international bodies. This has, in turn, prompted the organizations to work harder towards achieving their goals and objectives.
