This will help you identify the free time or the time together for the family without missing someone. You can reveal your list of the leftovers in the kitchen and your pantry so that these items will be utilized in the following week. Start planning your meals with your favorite food items paired up with the healthy nutritional diet for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also help your kids in planning. Combine the 2 lists (3 days+4 days of the 2 groups) of menu ideas and check the feasibility whether you’ll be able to execute it without any problems. You are done for the week and all your family members will be highly interested and involved as every one’s idea is being considered in the menu plan.
