One Fine Evening At A Fine-little Cafe!

Every single day presents a struggle of sorts. Every day one has to drive to reach work, then drive back from work and face a hell lot of crowd everywhere. The atrocious deadlines in everyday life, the horrible traffic and the even more terrible time crunch add to our troubles every single day!
The other day, I was just so sick of it all that I decided to hang out at a nice cafe after the long day’s work! I was driving and suddenly stumbled on this sweet little cafe which turned out to be nothing less than a sure piece of heaven!
I entered the cafe and was totally fascinated with the way the cafe was done up! The cafe had extravagant lighting which just brightened the whole space and even more! You would agree, isn’t it always nice to sit in a brightly and comfortably lit area? After feeling significantly mesmerized by the choice of lighting, I looked around to understand the clever furnishing of the area! Guess what? The cafe, instead of delicate tables, had countertops with plastic laminate on them which added a lot more stability ...
... to the furnishing than it would have in case of tables!
The cafe had corner tables only and in the middle of the whole space stood the chef! Yes, you read it right; the cafe did not have a closed pantry or anything, rather it had an open counter with composite laminates and transparent glass covering installed right in the middle of the hall where one could see one’s food being prepared. I was absolutely impressed with the idea of having a visible pantry in a cafe as looking at the food being cooked only increased one’s appetite and one’s enthusiasm for food!
The food did absolute justice to the level of interest generated by the stirring and sizzling sounds coming from the cooking area! All in all I loved the experience at the cafe and it would be wrong if I say that food was the only factor that marked my experience. It was the homely ambience which gave the feeling as if one is at a neighbour’s place did the trick for me! I absolutely adored and was so impressed by each and every element of design and decor- right from the choice of high pressure laminate table-tops to the choice of homely cheerful portraits on the walls, at the cafe that I made up by mind of visiting the place again even before I paid the bill and closed my first visit there!
