1) The aspirants should judge their mettle before taking any decision. Generally, young and fresh graduates are to sit for a few entrance examinations to be eligible for securing a berth in an Mba institute (CAT, ...

2) The candidate should decide which of the specialization program (Human Resources, Marketing, Finance etc) would suit her/him best. She/he should have a measure of self-aptitude, choice/interest and necessity.

This includes course fees, fees for accommodation and food, cost for books etc. If the candidate cannot win a scholarship, she/he must have to arrange for the total funding. 4) The candidates will have to choose from several programs, programs on the basis of tenure. Two-year program is of four semesters. One-year program is also there, and this is especially for the persons who are already in the profession. The later ones can go for the program of Executive Mba which is usually sponsored by the companies. Some universities offer online Mba programs.
