The main focus of this assignment is to provide the benefits of conducting a timely First Aid as well as possessing relevant CPR skills and abilities. CPR is mainly attributed to people who are not experts in the field of First Aid.

Importance of CPR in Lay Rescuers and Timely First Aid
First Aid is a form of skill which is imposed on people in order to allow them to deal with cases of injuries or illnesses which are not threatening to the life of the patient. It should be noted that these forms of illnesses should not be life-threatening immediately. CPR training refers to the form of skills and abilities which are imposed on lay rescuers in order to make sure that they are equipped well in times of emergency situations. Therefore, this research paper tries to reflect on the benefits of learning these skills for both primary CPR and First Aid participants.

It is crucial to provide a timely First Aid Course to the injured since it helps to prevent the case from being fatal or rather irreparable. For instance, with a drowning victim, it is necessary to impose the “kiss ...
... of life” techniques in order to prevent the victim from suffocation which is fatal in nature. For victims whose bones have been fractured, it is safe to splint the limbs with supporting material since it helps to improve the situation. When first aid is impacted on such a victim, the fractured bones are prevented from breaking even further which is irreparable in most cases. It also helps to prevent severe cases of tissue damage.

CPR, Emergency First Response Primary Care, is encouraged to lay rescuers since it equips them with necessary skills and knowledge-based developments which are result-oriented. It is fair to undergo through the CPR Online training since it improves the confidence of life-savers and in that case, they are able to deliver the crucial services without fear and hesitation. The cpr course improves on their confidence in dealing with emergency situation. For instance, in drowning scenario life guards are equipped with pre-requisite skills to determine the level of service they should use to tackle the issue at hand.
For instance, in the case of shock a lay rescuer is equipped with the skills and knowledge to understand the following:
• To maintain an open-air highway which helps to tilt the head or jaw in a fair position before medical help arrives.
• To control the pace of bleeding by applying direct pressure to the affected region and in other cases to conduct elevation.
