Pilgrimage is a blessing for one who got an opportunity to go to do hajj. One got ‘moksha’ on earth if one is lucky enough to touch the soil where Allah resides. Hajj is the wish of every devotee who truly follows their religion. It’s the largest journey and one of its kind pilgrimages in the world. This pilgrimage has got its hold since very long and is living since seventh century from the time of Muhammad.

It goes back with the tale of Hadith and the tales of narration originate from the words taken out at that time from the deeds of the Islamic prophet Mohammed. Before you make out plans to go for Hajj or pilgrimage to Mecca know about it very well so that if on the journey someone asks you about its history you don’t have to feel the insult. Be a proud religion follower.

Thus, as per the hadith the fragments of the Hajj touch back the time of Abraham. The time was around 2000 BC where almost all-inclusive Muslim communities believed that the Prophet Ibrahim had got some order from Allah’s side to leave his wife Hajra and even he was ordered to abandon his infant son Ishmael alone in the desert. ...
... After Ibrahim left his infant son alone in the desert, the child felt the need of the water then his mother Hajra ran back as far as she could so that she could provide water to her child from anywhere. But till the mother of the child could return back it was not possible for the child to bear the thirst. When the child was yelling with pain as he was not able to get the water, he hit the ground and suddenly the thing that came up was astonishing. The child rumbled straight to the ground and from the same place astoundingly water sprang forth. Today this place is called the Well of Zamzam.

Earlier in Muhammad's time, the tribes would go to Hajj every year from Arabian Peninsula. The authentic persuasion of the tribes was not applicable at that time and Christian Arabs were the one to manage the pagans.

So, when some true followers of Allah were influenced by this story slowly and steadily they started to follow it in their life. Slowly it became a ritual to go to pilgrimage to Mecca in groups which they thought that it helps them to unite themselves into brotherhood along with symbol of unity and solidarity.
