Breast augmentation is a procedure to enhance the overall size and appearance of the breasts. Presently there are four major type of breast enlargement surgery available. Types are denoted according to the place of incision. Incision can be done in the areola, umbilical region, armpit, or the region where breast meet chest.

However, leakage of Silicone implants can lead to severe complications like swelling, breast pain, fever, and connective tissue disorders. Saline implants do not possess any natural looks. They are also heavier. However, they results in less complications in case there is a leakage. They are considered safer than silicone ones.
