Steps To Create A Protein Powder Supplement At Home

Protein supplement can be easily made in home. Garnishing the right ingredients can result in creating a strong protein supplement. Have a look at ingredients required for the purpose:
Hemp protein powder – 21/2 cups
PB2 powder - 1 cup
Ground flax - 1 cup
Maca powder - 1/3 cup
Chlorella powder - 3 tbsp
Spirulina - 4 tsp
Cinnamon - 4 tsp
Stevia (concentrated) - 1 tsp
The procedure:
First, add flax to food processor & give it some pumps. When the flax gets clumpy make sure to smoothen it up before adding other ingredients. After the flaks have become smoothened, add the remaining ingredients into food processor. Let the food processor start doing its blending job. The ingredients will be properly mixed in a minute or two. After that, take the final mixture and pour it into an airtight container. The protein powder is ready.

... water or milk. It might be a little bland in taste, but if you still want to add some flavor, then there is an alternative way to prepare the supplementary drink. Forget about milk and water. Just think that the powder has been well blended and stored in an airtight container.
Take the food processor. Add a banana and some frozen fruits like mango, strawberry, blueberry, etc. Add 1/4th cup of protein powder. Add 1 tsp of agave sweetener liquid. Add 11/2 cups of almond milk. Cover the ingredient and start to blend for around 90 seconds. A bit of spinach can be added during the blending process. After the mixture is properly blended, pour it into a glass, drop a couple of ice cubes and enjoy the delicious shake.
