Soft lofts differ in so much that they may be of a similar size to the aforementioned hard lofts, but they would have been built with the sole purpose of being a living space as opposed to have been redeveloped at a later date. They are nevertheless still an attractive option, especially if the architect involved in their design has taken an influence from the demands of modern urban living.
