Good credit history work a lot for borrowing funds from the lender but what is the case with blemished credit holders. Do they enjoy the same privileges as the good credit holders? Do they get loans on the same conditions as people with good credit history? Do bad credit holders not need instant financial aid to fulfill their short- term emergencies? Answers to all these questions would be a big ‘NO’ in case of traditional times. People may have filed for insolvency, bankruptcy or have tarnished scorecard with unpaid sum, missed payments, default payments, County Court Judgment, Individual Voluntary Agreement, foreclosure, outstanding debts, etc. but it does not mean that they are not qualified for obtaining the loans.

Now the situations have changed with alterations in loans market. Lenders offering no credit check loans to borrowers do not take into consideration their poor credit history. These loans provide financial aid to borrowers to satisfy their long term as well as their short-term demands.

No credit check loans come in two options known as secured ...
... and unsecured loans. Borrowers who can afford to place the valuable possession as guarantee can opt for secured alternative. This option proves to be advantageous to the lending companies, as they feel secured regarding the reimbursement of the loan amount.

Lender seizes the right to sue a claim against the pledged collateral in case of regular non-payments by the borrower. In addition to all benefits of secured option, lenders offer these loans at a pocket friendly interest rate due to presence of collateral. Borrowers can choose the mode of repayment depending on their convenience and capability to repay.

The borrower can obtain loans against various collaterals such as home, land, real estate, valuable jewellery, shares, bonds etc. Generally, in secured personal loans lenders offer 125% value of the asset pledged. For instance, borrower is pledging an asset having value of £30000; in such case borrower will be entitled to a sum of £37500. Commonly by placing collateral with lender, borrower can obtain the amount ranging from £25000 to £75000. The lent amount depends on the cost of asset and needs of the borrower. Lenders expect compensation of assured sum in a long tenure period that ranges from five to 25 years.

Unsecured option is suitable for those borrowers who want to acquire loans for meeting their short-term purposes. Under this scheme, borrowers can avail an amount ranging from minimum limit of £1000 to the maximum limit of £25000 for a small duration period of six months to 10 years. In this way, these loans have facilitated people in their needy time despite of their bad credit scores.
