Eric Rush, a former All Black star who owns 7% in the Eori Island property is one of the many shareholders in the Eori Island property, where Tim Manning owns a majority share. The New Zealand property developer though turns dreams into reality or rather into realty, finding great locations and providing affordable housing to residents of the area with facilities they wouldn’t have dreamt about. It is now the vision of Tim Manning NZ to pick Eori Island as the spot for lovely and luxurious villas providing tranquility and seclusion along with other activities like diving and sightseeing. The island offers great views for those who love the sunsets and could offer a great retreat away from the concrete buzz.

Developing the Eori Island, part of the Mamanuca Island group outside Fijian reef, with a protective barrier is one of the missions of Tim Manning. The island could be an ideal retreat with activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming and boating in the area while also enjoying nightlife and fine dining. The emerald beaches, sprawling palm trees and the blending of white sand and vegetation makes the property ...
... a real dream. It isn’t the first time either that Tim Manning NZ has set up his sights on something like this. The man who has been a true innovator all his life right from the time he was made the president of the student union at Massey University, is also credited for bringing the concept of gated communities to New Zealand.

Tim Manning NZ has not only revolutionized the concept of gated communities in New Zealand but is also the brain behind Fonteyn Village, a retirement village for those above 55 years in New Zealand, ushering into a new age for retirement homes in the country. Tim Manning is not only credited for modern apartments and luxurious condos but also for renovating derelict buildings. His philanthropic side is well known too, with his contributions to the community where he develops his housing projects. It comes as no surprise then that he was nominated for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur’s Award for being at the forefront of real estate revolution in the country at a time when his ideas didn’t excite a lot of council members.

What makes Tim Manning NZ so popular is his ability to understand the pulse of the public and give them what they want while also doing his bit for the community. A $3000 contribution to repair Taradale War Memorial Clock is an example of his love for the community. In fact, his Taradale company is actually named after his hometown in the Hawke’s Bay. Tim Manning who has travelled far and wide and is particularly impressed by condos and apartments in Europe, Canada, California and Queensland, is credited with starting many apartment complexes in Auckland. Amongst the most successful projects are The Grange and Vista Rosa, projects that have been sold out and hugely popular.
