Prinivil is the most commonly prescribed drug for the management of hypertension. The incidence of high blood pressure is rising all over the world owing to several factors including lifestyle changes, lack of physical exercise, increased consumption of junk food and mental stress.

Hypertension:
Hypertension is a disorder arising as a result of an increase in the blood pressure level. Some conditions like atherosclerosis, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia and diabetes can predispose a person to hypertension.

The complications occurring due to hypertension are mentioned beneath:

• Myocardial infarction
• Angina Pectoris
• Cerebrovascular stroke
• Kidney failure

Improper management of hypertension may even increase the risk of mortality. Individuals should use effective blood pressure lowering drugs such as Prinivil to maintain their blood pressure level within normal limits. The uses and the dose of this drug are provided below:

What is Prinivil?
It is a synthetic peptide derivative having a blood pressure lowering effect. Prinivil is an ...
... angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. The main ingredient of this medicine is lisinopril. ACE is an enzyme required for the release of angiotensin II; which induces the muscles in the blood vessels to contract, resulting in the narrowing of the arteries. As a result of this, there is a rise in the level of blood pressure. Prinivil can help in reducing blood pressure by blocking the effect of angiotensin converting enzyme.

Apart from being an efficient drug for managing high blood pressure, Prinivil also helps in the management of other heart diseases like angina and congestive heart failure. This medicine also helps in preventing damage to the kidneys occurring due to the narrowing of the arteries supplying blood to the organ, by inhibiting the action of angiotensin converting enzyme.

Recommended dosage of Prinivil:
• Patients should take this drug in a dosage of 10 milligrams, once per day.
• They should raise the dose gradually to 40 milligrams in a day in case the effect of the lower dosage is inadequate.
• Patients should avoid taking Prinivil in doses higher than 80 milligrams per day so as to avoid the side effects caused by it in higher doses.
• Patients should note that the effectiveness of this medicine does not increase if the dose of it is increased beyond 40 mg per day.
• Pediatric patients, who are above the age of 6 years, can be given this drug safely. They should be given Prinivil in the recommended dosage of 0.07 milligrams per kg body weight, one time in a day.

Patients should keep in mind that the beneficial effect of this drug can be enhanced by making changes in their dietary habits and lifestyle, as advised by their medical practitioner. They should decrease the intake of salt. Measures like yoga and meditation help in reducing mental stress, which is one of the main causes of hypertension.
Purchase Prinivil for the effective management of hypertension. It can also help them in the prevention of the complications arising due to it.
