On Thursday October 23 we received the monthly job report, 41,000 jobs loss, just in September. On the other hand, 765,558 people lost their home to foreclosure in the same month of September. This numbers are unbelievable. To me, it is just outrageous. And it is likely to get even worst than that, as more people loose their job, usually their mortgage payments become unaffordable as well.

We will probably see some very good news coming in or way. President elected Barack Obama, in his campaign promised a program that includes three month moratorium for homeowners in foreclosure. That means, for three months the banks will not even be able to contact homeowners for payments. That is fantastic news.

That will give home owners in foreclosure sometime to get back on their feet. Unfortunately, there are thousands of people losing their home at this very moment. Help will get a little late for those homeowners, do not let that happen to you. You have options, no matter in which face of the process you are, there are many things you can do to stop a foreclosure process.

And best of all; without making any mortgage payments ever.

Yes, sometimes home owners let their homes go to foreclosure because they can not longer afford their mortgage payments or because they lost their job, etc This is unfortunate, because I know you can stay in your home even if you have not income or are just plain broke, and remember this; you do not have to pay for any kind of service at all.
