Circuit training allows you to not only burn fat, but also gets your muscles toned, leaving you with an athletic body type rather than a scraggly body typically seen by those who spend countless hours on elliptical trainers.3.You're body will respond to these movements by producing more chemicals naturally which will aid in fat loss and muscle retention.To give you some examples of what compound exercises are, think bench press, pull-ups, squats, deadlifts, sit-ups, etc Get the idea? Your major muscle groups are going to act to either pull, or push a weight, letting your previous muscle groups relax while you move onto a pull from a push exercise (i.e. bench press to a seated row).You see, I am coming to you from real experience.
