4. Mechanical broken method. There are four ways: cutting, blunt cutting, roller compaction and grinding. As to four crushing ways, there are advantages and disadvantages. For example, the tools will wear down in crushing process, shooting water type flow broken with high pressure consume high energy, the physical construction is complex and so on. Currently explosive broken method is widely used in the line of stone production and it’s most efficient. Investors can pick proper crushing method according to their conditions to avoid and reduce unnecessary energy consumption and loss.
