Is There Any Instant Stress Relief?
Do you know that you can instantly relief your stress? If you don't, here's one tip that I want to share with you: take a nap. Why take a nap? Simple. By taking nap, your body will start to relax and lower your stress hormones tremendously and with your stress hormone lowered, you can wake up and feel better. It's easier than trying to put yourself in a new perspective or thinking positively when you are stressed out.
Taking nap would probably take twenty minutes of your time which is miniscule especially by thinking that all those productive hours that will be wasted when you think more of your stress than your work. You will be in your peak performance when you do things positively with the right frame of mind. And of course, that means you are not stressed too.
Before you take your nap, don't think about the problem. Think of, "To hell that problem, I'm taking a nap!" This approach worked well for me and I think it will work for you as well. Remember, you control what you think of! Think positive and develop a self-image that is capable of resisting any temptation to think negatively while you're stressed.

Another research also shows that it can reduce the amount of sleep you need every day. If you have a lot of things to do, this can also mean one thing: more time to do your job.
