Dangerous driving is the main and primary cause of all driving hazards. All the countries across the world describe that Dangerous driving is a statutory offence.

Dangerous and reckless driving can lead to loss of life, accidents, loss of limb and many types of serious physical injuries. As mentioned different countries consider it as an offence and they abide by their own set of rules and procedures. Hence the punishment of this is different in different countries. For examp0le in United Kingdom itself it is very offensive if a person is found of dangerous driving.

If someone is caught speeding in any particular areas where there is a speed limit set, then that person driving is found to be guilty and can be charged fine or punished as per the law of the particular state.

... loss or damage to the driver, the passengers, any other person or animal in the road and also damage to property. Again depending on the seriousness of the issue a person is charged with his punishment.

If the issue did not cause any kind of injury or damage to anyone then the person can be fined otherwise it may lead to imprisonment for a period of time. The driving tests of all countries are such that passing them and getting the license it guarantees that they are trained drivers, hence any negligence from the drivers end can be considered as a crime.
It is always better to be safe, hence as responsible citizens it is your duty to keep the roads safety and doing our bit by driving safely.
