There are so many different IT jobs on the market in today’s digital world that it’s easy to feel lost in cyber space. Analyst/Programmer


This IT job includes writing software applications with the aid of computer programming languages and designing then implementing computer information.

Information Systems Manager


You might also be known as an IT Manager. You will manage the overall internal information technology architecture for the organisation. You will also be responsible for management of the information systems including the operating systems, databases, networks, server maintenance and technical support.

Internetworking Engineer


When searching for IT jobs you might not come across this role as often. It is more commonly known as an Internet Engineer and you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation’s website and WAN connectivity.

Multimedia Developer


This IT job allows developers to use programming and development tools such as Dreamweaver and Macromedia Flash to build interactive content and develop quality media content.

Network Administrator


As a Network Administrator you will be maintaining your company’s Local Area Network (LAN).

Network Engineer


This role is similar to Administrator IT jobs in that you will be working with the LAN. Your main role will be planning, designing and implementing the LANs and WANs.

Network Security Analyst


Many IT jobs concentrate on design and implementations of networks. This job specifically looks at security policies.

PC Support Specialist


You will be assisting end-users with troubleshooting errors, personal computer maintenance and management.

Programmer


Working as an IT Programmer allows you to develop computer programmes allowing end-users to interface directly with computer hardware and operating systems

Software Engineer


This job includes responsibilities such as programming large-scale computer systems and applications.

Systems Analyst


These IT Jobs include research, planning and recommending system choices to meet your organisation’s needs.

Systems Administrator


You will manage a company’s operating and computer systems.

Technical Writers


While this job does not require the same qualifications as other IT Jobs Vacancies it still falls within the technical sector. You will be providing documentation for internal computer systems or third-party vendors.

Webmasters


You will be responsible for the implementation and administration of a website.
