Michael Phelps, the greatest Olympian of all time, the master of the medals, the best swimmer ever has finally ended his career in great fashion. He already had won 8 medals at Athens with six of them gold and two of them bronze. When he made it to Beijing he was amazingly better by winning 8 golden medals. He thought of not even going to the dazzling London Olympics but he made his mine up and trained for 9 painful months to make it to London. Some people doubted Michael's chances of winning gold or even any medals in London because he only trained for 9 months. Other competitors that he would soon face trained for 4 years after the Beijing Olympics and were not messing around. They would be a hard brick wall in Michael's path to win more medals. But, the greatest Olympian did what he does best, win.Michael Phelps came into the Olympics and won 4 gold medals and 2 silvers. Not only did he win those medals but became the most decorated Olympian ever to compete in the Olympics.
