Gilmore girls are an American show based on the genre of family and comedy drama. It was created and produced by Amy Sherman-Palladino. Its executive producers are David S Rosenthal and Lauren Graham. Most of the series has been filmed in California in Burbank, Beverly Hills and Toronto, Ontario. It was produced under the Dorothy Parker Drank Here Productions and Warner Bros. Television. Till date, the show has come up with seven seasons with a total of 153 episodes. It aired on WB for the first time in October 5, 2000.

It tells about how a mother worries that the wrong step she took in her life, her daughter doesn’t do the same. She is always extra caring and attentive towards her. Some flashbacks are also seen in the show timely where Lorelai’s story is portrayed that how she ran away from her home when she got pregnant in her teen age with someone. Lorelai also suffers because of her tangled relationship with her parents.
