Getting Started In Online Marketing Can Be A Little Overwhelming-00-415
Getting started in online marketing can be a little overwhelming for new people. A lot of people new to the industry are still working full-time jobs and are using their time after work to build online business and/or cash gifting programs.
Article marketing enables you to drive traffic and at the same time brand yourself. You should write at least 2 new articles everyday and post them on as many article directory sites as you can. Video marketing is also very effective. You should shoot 1 to 2 videos and post them daily. This is critical to build your credibility, share your personality with viewers and use attraction marketing to work for you. Another great way to drive free traffic to your site is forum marketing. When you join a forum you're able to put your link on your signature. And by getting on 2 or 3 forums and posting a few comments you'll be able to put your post 5-10 links back to your site. If people like your comments, they'll click your link and check out your site.
Needless to say, most "newbie" marketers have about 1-3 hours a day, maybe a little more on the weekends, to work their online program. ...
... With limited time, it's important that "newbies" put together a daily routine dedicated to driving traffic to their website.
If you're a new marketer, if it's at all possible, get some paid advertising going for you asap. That way you'll have some form of traffic filling your pipeline while you're putting out free content. There are many forms of paid traffic. Postcards, Solo Ads, Redirected Leads, etc are very effective ways to drive traffic using Paid methods. Just remember to start low and test different methods before you start putting tons of money to fund your traffic. After testing what converted well for you, you can tweak your campaign and focus on what worked well and get rid of
So as you can see, with a few hours a day, you can drive free traffic to your site while the paid traffic you have working for you will fill your pipeline. The key is being consistent. If you can get into a routine and you're willing to invest a few dollars into your campaign, you'll be able to build some momentum in a very short period of time.
Internet marketing can be very lucrative. You just have to have a desire to learn and the discipline to stay on a daily routine. And before you know it, you'll be closing sales, or recieving gifts (if your doing cash gifting) on a consistent basis.
