A good and a visionary teacher can play a prominent role in making the future of his students. He/she is a role model for a student. They are the most important elements to make the student’s future bight, successful and prosperous. They lay the foundation for the students to enable them to become good human beings in future. A good teacher sets up some rules and regulations in the class, comes well-prepared to teach, have firm grip of classroom-control, is able to interact freely and positively amongst the students, possess a thorough knowledge of her subject, is fully aware of how to handle the unpleasant situation, if any, in the classroom, has full classroom-control, create discipline in class and works regularly on lesson- planning!
