They can perform tasks like handling the nursing staff and setting their assignments and shift timings, taking interviews for nurses and so on.
This means it is obvious they even tend to earn more than a basic nurse. This is a very ideal field where one would like to make a career. It's because there is scope for a lot of growth and advancement and there is not going to be any point of time when the medical sector might see a recession, because will fall ill, even in the coming years and they shall require to be treated.
