Timeline of Foreclosure Defense:
Order on Pleadings. This is the very next step in the foreclosure process and then in the following order:
1. Pleadings are Filed
2. Hearing takes place of pleadings
3. Plaintiff responds to pleadings
4. Plaintiff files motion for Judgment Summary
5. Hearing for Motion for Summary Judgment takes place
