If you were to walk through my grandparents residence, you would see a huge variety of antique wood furniture. Much of it is actually in very good shape although some of it shows its age.For as long as I can remember, this furniture has been around, and has weathered four children and nine grandchildren. It's stood up rather well, and that might be because it was very well made, and was meant to last. Though not all furniture this age looks as good, there are many things you can do to preserve it.

I can see why this might be a lot of fun but I haven't really had the time to do it myself just yet. I know there are many in my small area, so I would imagine you can find them almost anywhere. You can bring a worn piece of antique wood furniture in and bring it home looking like it is new. These people can also restore the pieces, and if something is broken, they can create a new part that looks so good you won't know the difference. They can also restore modern furniture that looks worn down or is broken.
