Food provides us energy and makes us able to fight against any type of life taking diseases. The immune system is developed by healthy foods. Solid nutrients are necessary to perfect balance in our nutrition. It is process and the first and foremost job is taking balanced diets every day which consist of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, vitamins and minerals. The last but not the least is water. Carbohydrate is source of energy and it comes from cereals, vegetables, fruits etc. It is a form of starch & cellulose. Protein comes from mainly animals. It is necessary for making body cells and muscular tissue. And fat which comes from both animal and plants. The vitamins and minerals also come from the same types of foods. And the water is necessary for living. Without water any animal cannot live. There is different between the food and nutrients. Foods are necessary to make body cells and it is energy provider.
