There are many activities that await you in Cabo San Lucas if you are wondering what to do in Cabo. Whether you love fishing on charters, cruise boat rides in the azure blue waters, rides in kayaks and glass bottom boats along the beaches or scuba diving and snorkeling, you wouldn’t be disappointed with the options in this peninsular region. With Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean on either side, Cabo San Lucas has no dearth of water activity options like jet skiing, parasailing, cruise boat riding, charter fishing and whale and dolphin watching. An interesting aspect of Cabo weather is that there is significant difference in temperatures on either side of the peninsula, between the two coastal towns of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo.

This temperature difference of around 5 to 10 degrees Celsius is caused due to difference in the water temperatures on either side. Another interesting aspect about Cabo weather is that the difference in temperatures goes further up based on the direction of the breeze. For those wondering what to do in Cabo, there are plenty of outdoor activities, from something as leisurely as golf ...
... to more adventurous activities like jet skiing and parasailing. The temperatures can go very high in April and May, and this sultry weather could prevent too many outdoor activities like fishing or biking. In August and September, tourists generally stay away considering that it is the hurricane season when Cabo San Lucas receives as much as 10 inches of rainfall.

Cabo weather is quite pleasant during winters when the temperatures are in the mid-twenties during the day and around 14 – 17 degrees in the night. This is the perfect time for strolling along the sandy beaches and for sunbathing. Whale and dolphin watching, hiking and horse-back riding are also popular activities. The tropical arid weather of the region isn’t really a dampener for the tourists who flock to the twin towns of Los Cabos between October and April to enjoy the riches that the peninsula has to offer. A 20-mile corridor is one of the biggest links between the two towns and boasts of several world class resorts and golf courses. Tourists looking for relaxation can find it in luxury yachts, resorts and golf courses. For those wondering what to do in Cabo, another interesting option is provided by the marine life.

Scuba diving and snorkeling are great ways of exploring the marine life if you are wondering what to do in Cabo. Similarly, the Cabo weather in the winters provides a great opportunity to explore the wildlife and birds. Natural rock formations are in plenty and the Lover’s Beach is a good place to enjoy the natural beauty of the region. The weather is such that there are tropical storms from time to time called as chubascos along with heavy winds. The flora and fauna in the area is noteworthy with a wide variety of species making their home here. Apart from fishing and golfing, tourists can also indulge themselves in spas and shopping.
