Accounting using BEAMS saves your time, as it allows you to post invoices and make payments effortlessly. You can even issue progress claims and receipts. Progress Claims are displayed automatically on the screen as they become confirmed for the issue. They will remain there until the claim is made. It also provides invoice security checks to ensure the invoice has not been previously entered. Once the order number is entered, all the details of the job are displayed. The total of all creditor invoices is displayed and once selected; all the creditors are displayed. By selecting any creditor will displays all the outstanding invoices for that creditor.

BEAMS also provide Mobile support; data stored in the office can be seen on your mobile in a few easy steps.
