Cellulitis is a skin infection caused by the bacteria known as staphylococcus and/or streptococcus. In certain cases it may be caused by other bacterium. Did you know that your skin has various kinds of bacteria on it? If you ever get a cut, a scrape or an insect bite, the bacteria on your skin will get deeper into your skin tissue.
