Some newbie masters do not offer weight lift training to women, but the fact is that if they are offered with weight training, they can improve their performance and can also protect themselves from any form of injury during their play. This will also protect them from gaining excess body fat, which will otherwise act as a hurdle for their performance.
Professional masters always advice their students to do stretching workouts before engaging in play since it can warm up the body and can offer them the required strength for playing well.
Trainees are also advised not to eat immediately after the workout and this is because there will be reduction in body sugar level after workout. They are advised to eat at least one hour after their workout and can prepare themselves for the next session of workout. Too much time should not be left after working out since the body will have difficulty in replenishing blood sugar if they delay taking their food. It is better to eat a food that has 2:1 of carbohydrate and protein ratio. The best food to take after workout is a glass of chocolate drink which will enable the body to perform well during the next session of workout.
