The second largest city in Russia, St. Petersburg has a wonderful array of amazing artistic venues from opera houses to museums that date materials back to pre-Russian days. Picturesque and clean, St. Petersburg has several accommodations available for tourists that can place them near the Cathedral of our Lady Kazan, Pavlovsk Palace and Park, and the State Hermitage Museum – all monuments that are devoted to the history of Russia.
